Practice Administrators today are faced with many challenges stemming from an increasingly complex business environment; frequently changing regulations, state and federal legislation, insurance and other compliance requirements; changing technology; deadlines and the demand to do more with less all while interacting  with demanding physicians, staff, patients, and vendors.  Practice Administrators are expected to be the jack of all trades and master of all which creates a challenge to get it all done and get it done well.   To be effective you must spread the ownership of success to others as it will decrease your workload and ease stress levels all while increasing staff engagement and productivity.   This presentation will outline five practical strategies for fostering a culture built on ownership.
