The speaker for this month’s meeting is Francee Preston. Francee Preston joined SVMIC in 2008 as a member of the Medical Practice Services Department. As the Senior Consultant in Organizational Dynamics, Francee assists practices with internal relationships, customer service, strategic planning and marketing issues.
Francee graduated from Mary Baldwin College in Staunton, VA with undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Secondary Education and earned her Masters of Business Administration in December 2015.
Her work experience includes nearly two decades of customer service experience in a variety of settings and capacities. Prior to joining SVMIC, Francee worked for U.S. Congressman Marsha Blackburn for five years in the Franklin district office.

Ludmilla Plenty is the Director of Employment Services for the Greater Louisville Medical Society. She is responsible for the marketing, sales and recruitment of the temporary, temporary to hire and direct placements for nearly 4,000 physicians’ offices and related industries in the Greater Louisville area.
Ludmilla has been with the Greater Louisville Medical Society for 12 years and has nearly 20 years’ experience with the staffing industry. She has a seasoned staff with experience working in human resources dealing with the administration and recruitment and placement of our temporary workforce.
She has developed a full-service staffing center to meet the needs of her clients that include the recruitment of clinical, clerical, managerial, allied health and related staffing needs for our clientele. Our help desk supports over 1300 clients both proactive and reactive and can include monitoring and patch management managed service which can be bundled to include hardware as a service, and pricing based on a fixed flat fee per user per month capping your financial risk in supporting and driving employee productivity.
