As former Executive Director of the Commonwealth of Kentucky Personnel Cabinet’s Office for Diversity & Equality, an EEO Compliance Investigator for Louisville Metro Government, and a Human Resources contractor, Michele has provided visionary leadership and service in regulatory enforcement, workforce development, managing and designing strategic initiatives to promote inclusion, equal opportunity, and employee engagement impacting the workplace cultures of multi-industry employers in the public, private and non-profit sectors.
As a speaker, trainer and consultant, she currently shares her expertise "from both sides of the aisle" as a former EEO enforcement officer and employer, to provide guidance to organizations on developing voluntary and proactive approaches to workplace compliance, diversity and inclusion. Michele is noted for her candor, compassionate consult, insightful and thought-provoking messages that have inspired diverse audiences across the country to transform their work environment into an experience. She has been featured in television, radio and print media, honored in Who’s Who publications, and received numerous community recognitions for her service.
