“ACMPE Board Certification & Fellowship:
Taking the Trip from Nominee to Certified Member to Fellow”
Deborah Hudson, FACMPE
Business Development and Account Executive
State Volunteer Mutual Insurance Company
Debbie Hudson is the ACMPE Southern Section Forum Coordinator. She is a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives, and a past president of the Tennessee MGMA. She is the former Tennessee ACMPE Forum Rep. She was a practice manager in Northeast Tennessee for 10 years before becoming a Business Development and Account Executive for State Volunteer Mutual Insurance Company.
This presentation will focus on moving through the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE) board certification and fellowship processes and the requirements for both. ACMPE is the certification and fellowship authority of MGMA and has been certifying medical practice executives since 1956. The CMPE credential confirms your expertise and brings greater recognition from physicians, executives, industry professionals and peers. Board certification is based on a body of knowledge specific to medical practice management and is the only board certification in medical practice management.
